Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days from when they are placed. However, please keep in mind that Mood Indigo Soaps makes all of our products fresh daily, by hand in small batches. While this process does ensure that all of our products are fresh and wonderful, it will occasionally result in a slight delay in shipping. Rest assured that we will tell you about any delays as quickly as we know about them.

Please note that Body Butters are. shipped only Monday - Wednesday so that they don't sit in a mail facility or van, over the weekend.

Returns & Refunds

Our products are guaranteed to please you! If however you find a legitimate problem with them we are happy to give you store credit for something else. Due you hygiene and other rules and regulations that govern cosmetics you will be unable to return our merchandise.
